The Legendary Approach
Every training session at The Proving Grounds follows our three-step process:
Evaluate: We assess the athlete's current level and identify "gaps" in their game.
Execute: High-intensity, high-repetition training that pushes the athlete out of their comfort zone.
Evolve: We track progress over time, ensuring that the skills learned in the lab translate to success in the game.
Training Programs

Customized Excellence. The fastest way to see results. These sessions are tailored specifically to the athlete’s position, goals, and current skill level.
Focus: Deep-dive mechanics, footwork, and personalized game-situational reads.
Outcome: Accelerated growth and direct feedback from our Lead Trainers.

Competitive Development. Train with a small group of high-level peers (typically 4–6 athletes).
Focus: Competitive drills, 1v1 and 2v2 scenarios, and high-repetition skill work.
Outcome: Improving under pressure while learning to read and react to other elite players.

Mastering the Craft. Deep-dive sessions focused on one specific area of the game.
The Shooting Lab: Perfecting form, range, and shooting off the move.
The Floor General Academy: Elite ball handling, passing windows, and high-IQ playmaking.
Lockdown Defense: Footwork, lateral speed, and the mentality required to shut down any opponent.
